I’ve been on the “healthier” or more natural side of life since my late teens. Growing up in the Midwest, lots of healthier ways of eating/cooking, and even food choices, weren’t that popular. During college though, I was told to stop eating dairy and thought I was going to die by hearing that news! Gladly, my dramatic self went to naturopath doctors, lived in SoCal for a few years, and got into yoga and all things organic.

The last few years have brought me on an even deeper journey as I was introduced to AIP + paleo + food allergies + gluten free + vegan + avoiding night shades + anti-inflammatory diets, etc! Here I’ll share tips, education, recipes, favorite brands and healthy swaps that even the average Midwestern peep can handle 🙂 Enjoy
